From an early age, I knew I wanted to work in movies. When I was 9, I got an iPod Nano for Christmas that had a camera built in. I got straight to work. With no way of exporting the video or editing, I would have to film each scene in order and then play each video back to back on the iPod to showcase the film.
In 2021, I received a Bachelor of Science in Cinema and Photography with a cinema concentration and a writing minor. The Park School of Communications allowed me the opportunity to work on various sets and get a hands on experience with a vast collection of professional equipment. I worked on several student sets as a producer and first assistant director.
Since graduating, I have taken my knowledge into production assistant and office PA roles, publicity, production management, and 2nd AD work. I love being a part, big or small, of telling someone's story and bringing these stories to life (and hopefully seeing it all fulfilled on the big screen.)
I am continuing to AD and produce across different feature and short film projects, and can't wait to see what stories will find me next.
